Country Ridge is a 96 unit multi-family complex located in Hilliard, OH. Allegiance is the general contractor for the renovations that are currently taking place of which include: demolition of all fixtures and flooring, replumbing the water lines, drywall work, hanging new doors and trim, painting, installation of new LVT flooring, installing new cabinets and plumbing fixtures. We are also replacing all roofs, siding, windows and exterior doors. We have also converted 4 apartments from regular 2 bedroom flats into handicap accessible units as well as completing a full renovation of the complex's office space. 

The 728 Suncrest project was a home renovation in Springfield, OH of which Allegiance was hired to convert a second living room space into a handicap (HC) accessible master suite as well as upgraded the master bathroom.  Within the room Allegiance built a HC accessible bathroom complete with linen closet, grab bars and roll-in shower, as well as a walk-in closet space. Allegiance added new sanitary and water lines for added plumbing fixtures, laid new vinyl flooring, drywall, baseboard, and paint.  

The 176 Clark project was one of Allegiance's custom new build projects at which acted as the general contractor responsible for the planning and coordinating involved in the building process. The work done included: framing, roofing, insulating, drywalling and painting, running the electrical to new fixtures, installation of the HVAC system, running all plumbing to new fixtures, laying hardwood and tile flooring, installation of cabinets and vanities and all finishes.
